Job Description

1. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials for opportunity.

2. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.

3. Evaluates options and risks for business opportunities and resolves internal priorities.

4. Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

5. Closely collaborates with senior management and core lead members on designing partnership goals; planning, forecasting and maintaining business plans.

6. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating legal and finance requirements with business operations.

7. Estimates partners' needs and goals but protects the group's value by keeping information confidential.

8. Developing quotes and proposals for clients that meet internal needs and expectations.

9. Experience with esports business deals is a strong bonus

Job Requirements

1. At least 4 years working experience in esports, gaming, entertainment or similar in-house agency.

2. Bachelor's degree in communications, business or a related field.

3. A good degree from a recognised university

4. Proficient in English and Mandarin.

5. Skilled communication and strong networking connections.

6. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

7. Comfortable flourishing with guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

8. Capable of speaking publicly and interacting with a diverse range of individuals and organisations, at all levels of business.
