HR Manager/Sr. HRBP

You will be partnering closely with our business leaders to be a trusted advisor for our employees in the Mexico City office.
Job Description
- Identify people-related issues or opportunities and implement people solutions in all areas, including but not limited to talent acquisition, organizational development, culture management, talent management, etc.
- Guide our team leads in all people management topics and assist them in establishing highly efficient and cohesive teams.
- Be a culture promoter and act as the communication bridge between Asian HQ and Mexico City office. Champion our Group level core values in all aspects of our work and transit into performance results.
- Establish trust with HQ stakeholders and translate local insights into workable suggestions while localizing the most suitable implementations to the local office based on HQ’s big direction.
- Transform the high-level people strategies into ground-level executions. You will customize the project plans and implementation in the teams and assist team leads in all kinds of organizational changes from the most critical people projects to daily operations.
- Build strong relationships and engagement with staff at all levels. Be a trusted partner that the staff is willing to reach out proactively to for career or personal consultancy.
- Provide HRBP insights to help design the HR policies, procedures, or activities that are in line with the business strategies.
- Responsible for managing and developing team members; set the team-level goals and strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- At least 8 years of HR experience with HRBP/HR Generalist background. Organizational Development (OD) & Cultural Management experiences are preferable.
- Solid human resources and labor law knowledge.
- Has experience in working with an overseas HQ or international exposure.
- Being able to touch base things from a higher and overall perspective, meanwhile, drive action plans with actual results.
- Strong strategic thinking capability, being able to identify the root cause and plan on feasible solutions in a logical and data-driven way.
- Demonstrated exceptional competency in communications, stakeholder management, and project management.
- Great business acumen and people sensitivity with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English both written and oral.
- Self-starter, driven, flexible and independent. Enjoys working in a fast-paced and lean environment.
- Keen to learn and understand cultures from other regions.
- With an open mind to adapt to changing scenarios.c
