As a Social Media and Community Specialist, you are an agile communicator with passion and initiative in driving and engaging with the community. You will need to manage and create content for official social media channels. In addition, as the person at the forefront of our game’s communities, you will be responsible for connecting with our users on a deeper level, nurturing the external relationship through innovative campaigns from the inside out, and influencing and empowering various stakeholders in the field to create better engagement amongst the community.

Job Description
  • Create and execute high-quality or viral content on social media  
  • Responsible for social media or content platform administration work, including managing content posting, calendars, and replying to comments across channels
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy and events to grow and nurture the overall community ecosystem (both offline and online)
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple community-focused projects and initiatives, and ensure the projects are delivered as planned
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of community moderators and volunteers to support community programs and events
  • Conduct research and provide business insights to understand community needs, preferences, and trends on certain topics such as product feedback, campaign evaluation, etc.

 

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with at least 1 year of experience in social media, community management, or performance marketing
  • Strong project management and prioritization skill
  • Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous channels and projects
  • Proactive collaborator; able to actively engage and initiate collaboration with community builders that contribute towards the growth of the community
  • Critical problem-solver; able to identify core issues from multiple perspectives and drive the right approach to solve them efficiently within timelines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
