Senior Product Specialist (Monetization)
Job Description
- Drive business performance through Game Product operation
- Work closely with Product team to define monetization plan, optimize game revenue, including but not limited to in-game sales/top up promotions, improving user payment channels, pricing strategy, etc
- Propose, plan, design, config, monitor and analyze Game contents/assets/items/monetization mechanism and in-game store operations to improve Product Sales Metrics
- Create promotional and communication tools/contents to ensure revenue generation & retention of players
- Evaluate the selling/marketing strategies and attractiveness of the assets through frequent research with users and data, by reflection on asset life cycles, item release, assets availability, pricing and feature feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing/esports team to promote revenue event/assets
- Ensure Product delivery, stability, shop/assets accessibility and smooth Gaming experience/User experience/Payment channel experience
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from reputable universities
- 2 years of working experience in product, operations, BA, BI or related fields in Tech industry
- Being a game enthusiast is a must
- Possess a strong logical, analytical and critical thinking ability
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly and influence effectively
- Driven to explore new approaches, tackle and overcome complex challenges
- Is result-oriented, committed to get problem solved
- Effectively make use of data to develop meaningful insights from data, to help self and others in decision making
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office
