Product Manager Special Project (Regulatory Reporting)
In the role of a Product Manager within our Special Project team, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders. Your responsibilities will involve understanding business requirements, converting them into technical documentation, and taking full ownership of products, shepherding them through every stage of development to foster their growth.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timeline. Develop detailed project plans, track, and monitor progress and manage project risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as engineering, business, and operational teams in the application system development process
- Work with the team to deliver holistic banking products and solutions, ranging from deposit/loan accounts, payment, operations dashboard, customer servicing, accounting and other supporting App functionalities
- A bachelor's degree or higher from a well-regarded university, showcasing remarkable academic accomplishments in computer science, engineering, finance, or related fields.
- A proven track record of 3-8 years in roles such as Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Preferred familiarity with banking-related applications and technologies, encompassing products, supporting services, system and business operational procedures, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Working experience in the banking industry would be highly preferable
- Proficiency in data analysis and adeptness in gathering insights, including familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL or other programming languages.
- Comprehensive experience in collecting and prioritizing requirements, along with the ability to transform feedback into actionable products or features.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
