As part of this dynamic team, you will be managing the daily operations and campaigns of our self-developed battle royale game, Free Fire, which has been recognized as the most downloaded mobile game worldwide from 2019 to 2021. Simultaneously, you will serve as a bridge between our data and business goals, providing meaningful insights for making business decisions. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, global and intellectually stimulating environment, and delivering direct impact to our players and business. 

Job Description
  • Plan end-to-end campaigns to engage players and improve user activeness
  • Manage in-game activities and promotion for game updates / game content release and track performance and gather feedback.
  • Work with external agencies to create marketing content across a few regions for important campaigns and occasions
  • Work with online marketing team to plan ads campaigns, create materials and evaluate performance.
  • Monitor and analyse user metrics and gameplay trends to provide insights to grow user base and improve engagement level with players
  • React promptly to game’s live incidences, coordinate with necessary teams to keep a high service standard for players
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in the game industry is preferred (outstanding fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply as well)
  • Creative thinker with a passion for games and good understanding of gamer psychology (especially action / shooter games)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure 
  • No strong technical or computing background is required for this role
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Marketing related experience is a plus
