As an L&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and overseeing learning and development programs within our organization. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, design curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences for our employees. Your focus will be on enhancing individual and organizational performance through continuous learning initiatives.


Job Description
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the department head, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources.
  • Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of programs.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies.
  • Experienced in developing and implementing various training methodologies, including classroom training, e-learning, virtual training, and blended learning approaches.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
