About Our Position
We're on the hunt for a visionary Senior Associate, Esports Marketing to join our Hanoi-based Arena of Valor (AoV) Esports Team to join our team and lead our efforts in the exciting world of esports and media collaborations. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing innovative marketing plans, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to elevate our brand presence in the gaming community.
Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal and regional teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans, including seasonal, monthly, and weekly content direction.
- Define engaging content angles for Livestreams and overarching content strategies to drive audience engagement.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, video editing, legal, and purchasing teams) as well as external resources (production houses, agencies, and KOLs) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and programs.
- Coordinate the creation of creative assets for upcoming seasons, covering series branding, key visuals, banners, and tournament outros, by providing clear requests and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Performance Evaluation:
- Compile detailed reports on the outcomes and performance of each season, analyzing key metrics and performance indicators.
- Utilize statistical reports and data analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommended enhancements and optimize future marketing initiatives for greater impact and success.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in end-to-end strategic marketing with extensive experience in digital marketing & campaign management
- Background: Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge: Possessing knowledge in Esports Content Production & Communications is an advantageous asset.
- Passion: A deep love for gaming and Esports
- Skills: Sharp analytical mind, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear, effective communication skills.
- Language: Fluent in English (must-have) and Chinese is a plus
