Casablanca Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)

Product Operations role is designed for outstanding fresh graduates or professionals with less than 3 years of work experience. You will maintain the daily operations of our product; which is the games, and make sure that every new content passes our standards. You will also need to tackle key issues and challenges in the product aspect. In a long run, you will also need to improve the performance of the product.

Job Description
  • Maintain operational plans and adjust in-game events/activities based on the insights of players' data and product results
  • Handle backend configuration for banners, emails, redeem codes, and notifications
  • Conduct in game QA and localization (Modern Standard Arabic and French)
  • Participate in In-game campaign formulation - from ideation, planning, release, and monitoring of in-game revenue campaigns
  • Test payments in the MENA region
  • Propose relevant product improvement on features and event ideas
  • Some game ops ad-hoc projects including performing testing phase for upcoming games on the pipeline
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree graduate with 1-3 years experience is required (Engineering or Business-related background would be advantageous)
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical thinking, and spreadsheet skills; with an ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions, as well as showing initiative by offering independent suggestions and ideas.
  • Great flow-oriented approach, understanding processes and seeking improvements
  • A team player; independent in managing and executing projects within tight timelines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse time zones
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
