Job Description
  • Develop and execute 360 marketing plans for key events including game anniversaries, updates, and local festivals.
  • Plan and execute online marketing and advertising campaigns to drive acquisition and player revival
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in marketing performance.
  • Work across multi-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics
  • Develop and maintain the core brand of our games through brand-building campaigns and projects
  • Produce insightful weekly and post-campaign reports to measure key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in marketing with a strong track record in planning and executing successful campaigns.
  • Highly creative with the ability to envision the big picture and enhance the team’s creative ideas, while being detail-oriented in analysis, tracking, and metrics.
  • Passionate about gaming; knowledge of Battle Royale games is a big plus  
  • Sharp analytical skills, outstanding problem-solving prowess, and clear, impactful communication skills.
