KOL & Community Manager (Turkey Based)
KOL and Community Manager is designed for outstanding fresh graduates or professionals with less than 3 years of work experience. You will dive deep into becoming at the forefront of the game within the game’s community especially in Turkey. You will be expected to connect with our users on a deeper level, enabling you to listen to their feedback and create better engagements amongst the community but not limited to handling our relation with KOLs, influencers, and users.
Job Description
- Nurture social platforms to grow our community champions – both the quantity of the community champions as well as the engagement quality between them
- Learn our community landscape – understand their social behavior, understand their gaming behavior, and identify the community champions
- Manage our KOL in Turkey and engage by having local online or offline activation.
- Upon understanding our users’ behavior and identifying the community champions, build valuable connections with the individual in question.
- Execute community activation within the social platforms to grow the size and quality of our community. These include but are not limited to organizing online tournaments, online competitions, and offline tournaments.
- Build and execute user research (FGD/IDI) on certain topics such as product feedback, campaign evaluation, etc.
- Ad Hoc projects such as payment tests in Turkey, Game Localization, etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, based in Turkey.
- Native Turkish speaker with proficient English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in the MENA regions, especially for competitive games; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Experience in building and managing communities is a plus; capable of nurturing relationships with the community.
- Self-starter able to independently execute projects with clear briefs and timelines.
- Willing to work in Turkey under an individual contributor contract within 6-months period
