Jakarta Game Operations Experienced (Team Lead)

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for preparing and executing the whole marketing plan for the upcoming game release in the Indonesian market. The marketing plan must encompass all KPIs related to the new game launch. In your role as team lead, you will work closely with both the regional and local teams in daily operations.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute publishing campaign strategies and work with internal teams and partners to follow through in all steps of execution until project analysis
  • Be responsible for online marketing campaign strategies to drive acquisition and user revival strategies
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent measurement to improve marketing performance
  • Work across multi-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support and analytics
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top reputable university
  • Proven end to end marketing background with minimum 5 years of working experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative; able to see the big picture and level up the team's creative ideas, but detailed and meticulous in analysis, tracking, and metrics
  • Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with experience in leading a project or a team
  • Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; thorough understanding on multiple top game and its latest trend, and can empathize with our most core players (familiarity with First Person Shooter - FPS games will be a plus point)
