Esports Operations
As Esports Operations team, you’ll take the wheel in driving end-to-end our esports events for the players and the event production. Working alongside other Branding, Content, and Broadcast teams, you'll devise innovative ways to lead the Esports tournament and the regional league. Your main priority will take part in developing, implementing, executing, and reporting on our competitive strategy and tactics.
Job Description
- Liaise with the different teams, from production to external partners and stakeholders to ensure a particular tournament or esports event is delivered as expected
- Promote Esports ecosystem of the game and player participation in Esports
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure the growth of Esports
- Uphold the quality and integrity of Esports events/tournaments
- Review and prepare post-event reports and processes after each Esports event
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships relevant to Esports events
Job Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor's degree from a top reputable university in any major
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in social media and community (experience in handling esports, traditional sports, or entertainment would be highly preferred)
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in the MENA regions; having a deeper curiosity for esports events, the game products, and the industry's best practice
- Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to plan an excellent esports events that has a great impact on the users
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic, French, and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate and build networking opportunities with various stakeholders and potential partners
