Singapore Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Job Description
  • Conduct market research and analyses to identify target audience preferences and trends in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines
  • Manage social media channels and engage with the gaming community in each of the markets
  • Monitor trending topics across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Formulate and execute marketing-related initiatives based on learnings from industry best practices in a timely manner
  • Plan and execute events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness, user acquisition or revenue.
  • Support the marketing team in other tasks and projects as needed
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of popular games in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines
  • Experience with local community activations or end-to-end social media strategy planning is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
