Social Media Specialist
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts to enhance the game's brand and become 'the voice' of the company.
Job Description
- Develop daily content plan for every social media channels and schedule the posting dates
- Collaborate with designers to make engaging social media content, including daily quality assurance and progress monitoring
- Develop weekly social media reporting by cultivating insights of engagement and sentiments for every content
- Create weekly competitor monitoring and benchmarking on social media to understand the competitive landscape
- Monitor the performance number of our owned social media channels based on KPI target and optimize the strategy based on results
- Coordinate with campaign, product, and revenue team to make the right content based on specific objectives
Job Requirements
- Minimum a 1 year experience in any related social media fields
- A gamer is a must, especially for mobile FPS/shooting game
- Enjoy observing current trends in social media and digital marketing, including in community discussions, trends, and interact with the community
- KPI/number oriented, ability to measure social media engagement
- A team player; able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and have a good communication & prioritization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Willing to work under a 12 months contract, in our South Jakarta office
