Associate/Senior Associate, Marketing
Job Description
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our games, including brand storytelling and content creation, to support major in-game events for the India region.
- Define and maintain our brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels. Able to develop creative and compelling narratives that build a strong connection with our audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media channels. Use data and community insights to inform future strategies, optimize performance, and prepare comprehensive reports on brand health and campaign ROI.
- Stay closely connected to the gaming community in India, actively listening to their needs and identifying cultural trends. Translate these insights into innovative marketing content and in-game experiences that are both relevant and high-impact.
- Work closely with product, revenue, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and seamlessly integrated into the player journey.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on brand marketing and content creation.
- A strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates the ability to translate brand strategy into creative and impactful content
- Good understanding of youth culture and Gen Z trends will be preferred
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, with an understanding of how to budget for and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of different content pieces.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- A genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture in India.
