Associate/Senior Associate, Marketing
Job Description
- Develop and execute 360 marketing plans for events such as new game launches, game updates and other local festivals.
- Plan and execute online marketing and advertising campaigns to drive player acquisition and retention
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent measurement in order to improve marketing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics
- Develop and maintain the core brand of our games through brand-building campaigns and projects
- Produce insightful weekly and post-campaign reports to measure key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Proven track record in marketing with experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Highly creative with the ability to see the big picture and level up the team's creative ideas
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong focus on tracking and measuring metrics
- A strong passion for gaming or knowledge of various game genres is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
