Your Mission

As a Marketing Specialist in our Game Team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative marketing plans, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to elevate our brand presence in the gaming community.

Your Quest

• Campaign Management: Responsible for product and campaign awareness, user reach & engagement metrics on social media platforms (such as viewership and engagement), managing all brand’s media channels. Make sure the campaign is on time and within budget.
• IMC Planning: Propose targets, develop and implement IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) plans and campaigns, including the IMC component of product launching in alignment with key business priorities, brand & customer needs, and work with the Product team, KOLs, and Community team to deliver the results.
• Marketing Analytics: Use analytics to drive key success metrics related to the marketing and brand awareness campaign & apply learnings in next projects launching.
• Manage and cultivate a relationship with a third-party organization that is relevant for Garena's marketing and publishing effort.

• Experience:  At least 3-year experience in end-to-end Marketing project management with experience in various Marketing roles.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a portfolio showcasing your past projects.
• Highly logical and analytical, and with curious mind to constantly explore industry best practices
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Able to communicate fluently in  Vietnamese and English
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
