Associate/Senior Associate, HR Operations

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting both HR and employee related matters as well as ensuring all office matters run smoothly.
Job Description
- Manage HR operations and processes, including but not limited to facilitating the onboarding and offboarding process, issuance of employment letters, scheduling of interviews, coordinating of event venues, visa application support for business trips and general employee related matters
- Manage full scope of office administrative matters, including but not limited to facilities and event management such as office video displays, storeroom and inventory management, coordination for external and internal visitors, managing of staff access cards, office supply and renovations, etc.
- Assist and/or drive staff engagement activities for the office, such as coordination and consolidation of local office’s engagement initiatives, engagement activities’ procurement process, engagement related office decorations, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities to manage various tasks and projects
- Strong customer/user-centric mindset with thoughtfulness and passion for delivering good experiences to the office environment
- Detail orientated with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Collaborative, flexible, adaptive and open-minded
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills, able to work well with different stakeholders to build and maintain positive relationships
- Experience working in HR ops or administrative roles with good familiarity of HR processes is preferred
