UGC Systems & Creator Experience: Working with the team to design systems and experiences that unlock and empower creators on the Craftland platform

• Design and develop creator-focused systems such as incentive models, progression structures, and creator programs.
• Work closely with developers to define and implement feature improvements for Craftland Editor (PC & Mobile).
• Develop structured game templates that reduce entry barriers and accelerate creator onboarding.
• Write comprehensive system design documents covering reward logic, unlock conditions, and creator lifecycle.
• Analyze creator pain points and propose design solutions to improve creator experience and adoption.
• Conduct testing and validation of templates and creator systems before release.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Publishing teams to align creator ecosystem strategy.

Performance Optimization: Optimize UGC systems and creator experience to improve creator activation, retention, and productivity.

• Analyze creator-related KPIs such as active creators, number of maps published, map completion rate, and creator retention.
• Continuously iterate on incentive systems, progression models, and templates based on data insights.
• Monitor adoption of new editor features and templates and propose improvements.
• Conduct periodic reporting on system performance and creator ecosystem growth.
• - Stay updated on trends in UGC platforms and creator economy systems.

• A deep love for gaming with passion about creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences is a must.
• At least 3-year experience with proven record in game development/system design with a strong portfolio of published games. Having experience in designing games for UGC platforms: Roblox, Mini World, Blockman GO, etc is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive drive to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with key game performance indicators (KPIs) such as Retention 2, Retention 7, DAU, MAU, and ARPU. Experience with game design documentation and prototyping.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese & English to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to cross-functional and cross regional teams. Able to communicate in Chinese is a big plus.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs quickly.  Able to deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, is committed to delivering high-quality gaming experiences to our users.
