SPX HRIS & Data (Contract)
Job Description
- Perform routine checks and ensure the accuracy of employee data in the HRIS, focusing on onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Update personal details, job titles, and status changes.
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and testing activities.
- Document processes, maintain system manuals, and update user guides and training materials.
- Respond to employee or external queries regarding HR Data, procedures, and systems.
- Provide guidance to Function Leads on related issues.
Job Requirements
- New grad or 0-1 year' of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in G- Sheet or MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) ; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Good attitude and strong ownership.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
