Job Description
  • Perform routine checks and ensure the accuracy of employee data in the HRIS, focusing on onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Update personal details, job titles, and status changes.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and testing activities.
  • Document processes, maintain system manuals, and update user guides and training materials.
  • Respond to employee or external queries regarding HR Data, procedures, and systems.
  • Provide guidance to Function Leads on related issues.
Job Requirements
  • New grad or 0-1 year' of experience  in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in G- Sheet or MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) ; experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Good attitude and strong ownership.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
