Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will be the bridge between the business and esports production team to plan, oversee, and improve our esports projects to ensure a high-quality deliverables of our esports production events.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating between Game Operations and the Production Team, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations for each project.
- Evaluate and prioritize production requests, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact, feasible projects.
- Create and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional production teams—including producers, league ops, creatives, and technical staff—to ensure smooth execution and resource alignment.
- Lead key project meetings, such as kick-offs, progress check-ins, and post-event reviews, to maintain momentum and address blockers proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, task trackers, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Produce project reports and performance summaries to evaluate outcomes, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement efforts by optimizing workflows, developing SOPs, and conducting research on esports and broadcast best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong interest in esports, broadcast production, or live event management, and the gaming industry in Indonesia.
- Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries in a fast paced and dynamic environments
- High initiative, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
