Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Game Producer (Garena)
Job Description
- Have a keen interest in and be able to sensibly understand game genre and product features, and propose meaningful, effective changes where makes sense for the players
- Guide sub-teams in developing and implementing campaigns in the game’s local markets to boost user engagement, enhance satisfaction, and encourage activeness
- Oversee sub-teams in creating compelling, high-quality marketing content that resonates with players, drives strong viewership, and build community around the game
- Identify, establish, and manage local partnerships and collaborations
- Take charge in managerial-level responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Deliver actionable analytical insights to enhance game performance and aid strategic decisions for better local market product and revenue performance and overall game’s success to Regional team
- Drive comprehensive market research to identify local trends and fuel game growth
- Collaborate with game development teams in China to optimize performance and tailor game design to suit local market taste
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of full-time working experience in game operations roles within the gaming industry
- Ability to design and deliver impactful operational campaigns for games
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with well-developed analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator and skilled project manager, adept at coordinating with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Deeply passionate about gaming, with comprehensive knowledge of the industry and current market dynamics
- Prior experience working with Chinese stakeholders due to close collaboration with game development teams in China
