Global Payment Risk
As a Global Payment Risk Team, you will be is responsible for protecting revenue streams through proactive risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation across our global payment ecosystem. This role combines analytical expertise with commercial insight to ensure financial stability and optimize payment partnerships while minimizing risk exposure.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain a global dashboard to monitor payment settlements across all markets to flag anomalies and delays in real-time
- Lead cross-functional coordination to identify root causes and resolve settlement issues efficiently.
- Establish and drive a robust risk assessment framework to monitor geopolitical, economic, or operational events that may impact payment operations.
- Conduct thorough risk analysis and provide clear, actionable recommendations, including contingency planning where needed.
- Monitor current and potential partners' performance and risk exposure, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk tolerance and compliance standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial risk management or actuarial roles, preferably in digital payments, gaming, or e-commerce
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Solid understanding of financial risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under a fast-paced working environments
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, self-initiative, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the gaming industry and a strong grasp of gaming market trends and user behavior
