Senior Business Development (Sponsorship)
Job Description
- Lead the BD team to secure partnership or sponsorship deals, strategic to game teams' objectives to build a stronger gaming ecosystem, esports scene and community
- Develop and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the objectives
- Oversee end-to-end BD process from deal strategy, deal sourcing, deal negotiation, deal confirmation, deal execution and operations as well as post-analysis on the deal effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders
- Work with various key parties including the game teams e.g. RoV, Free Fire, and FC Online, finance team, legal team to ensure smooth deal execution and operations
Job Requirements
- About 3-5 years of working experience in business development; proven experience in gaming industry is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
- Leadership skills with a track record of leading successful teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interest in gaming; being a gamer is a plus
- Highly proficient in English
