Social Media and KOL Management - RoV Esports (Contract)
Job Description
TikTok Management
- Develop and execute TikTok strategies tailored to esports and gaming audiences.
- Create and edit engaging short-form video content (e.g., via CapCut).
- Manage TikTok operations including posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Monitor trends and community buzz to inspire viral content.
- Support cross-platform campaigns and be available during esports events, including weekends.
KOL Management
- Coordinate and manage KOLs/influencers for esports-related content and campaigns.
- Develop collaboration plans with KOLs to align with esports brand and marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Guide and provide creative direction for the content produced by KOL/Influencer.
- Support the team in various tasks related to esports content production, events, and marketing operations as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years proven experience managing TikTok channels or creating content for TikTok with a clear understanding of short-form video storytelling.
- Understanding of content virality and platform trends.
- Passion in games:
- Hardcore RoV player (at least Commander rank)
- Watched RoV Esports (know big teams; Bacon, Talon, Buriram and can name a few legendary RoV Pro Players) - Familiar with video editing tools; CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools is preferred.
- New graduates with outstanding portfolios are also welcome to apply.
