Job Description

TikTok Management

  1. Develop and execute TikTok strategies tailored to esports and gaming audiences.
  2. Create and edit engaging short-form video content (e.g., via CapCut).
  3. Manage TikTok operations including posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
  4. Monitor trends and community buzz to inspire viral content.
  5. Support cross-platform campaigns and be available during esports events, including weekends.

KOL Management

  1. Coordinate and manage KOLs/influencers for esports-related content and campaigns.
  2. Develop collaboration plans with KOLs to align with esports brand and marketing goals.
  3. Content Creation: Guide and provide creative direction for the content produced by KOL/Influencer.
  4. Support the team in various tasks related to esports content production, events, and marketing operations as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years proven experience managing TikTok channels or creating content for TikTok with a clear understanding of short-form video storytelling.
  • Understanding of content virality and platform trends.
  • Passion in games:
    - Hardcore RoV player (at least Commander rank) 
    - Watched RoV Esports (know big teams; Bacon, Talon, Buriram and can name a few legendary RoV Pro Players)
  • Familiar with video editing tools; CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools is preferred.
  • New graduates with outstanding portfolios are also welcome to apply.
