Job Description
  • Execute end-to-end content production series for regional and global esports events, delivering engaging content for global esports audiences.
  • Manage official global esports social media channels to drive fan growth and strengthen community relationships.
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies, live activations, and interactive campaigns to maximize fan participation and brand sentiment across global social media channels including TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
  • Support PR efforts by collaborating with the internal PR team to draft press releases, develop media kits, and support media outreach to secure positive coverage.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in esports, gaming, or digital marketing roles, preferably with experience working on global campaigns or across multiple regions preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by tournament schedules. This role may involve frequent regional travel to various countries for work-related assignments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing communities in the gaming/esports sector.
  • Strong capabilities in campaign planning, content creation, and community management.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of the Battle Royale genre and its competitive esports ecosystem.
  • Ability to independently execute content creation on social media channels.
  • Experience working in global or cross-regional esports tournaments is highly preferred.
