Job Description
Support Strategic HR Initiatives
- Assist in the execution of projects such as talent reviews, organizational design analyses, workforce planning, or performance evaluations — depending on business needs at the time.
- Take ownership of assigned modules within larger HR initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Talent & Career Development
- Contribute to initiatives such as succession planning, leadership pipeline support, or career framework design.
- Help coordinate data collection, documentation, and follow-up actions.
HRBP Support & People Issues
- Partner with the HRBP in analyzing people-related challenges, preparing recommendations, and supporting issue resolution.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to observe and learn how people strategies are shaped.
Project Management & Data Insights
- Track progress of ongoing HR initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and follow-ups.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to support people strategy decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related).
- Strong fresh graduate or 1–2 years’ work experience (with strong background or portfolio)
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical and structured thinking.
- Effective communication skills — able to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset, curious and adaptable
- Proficient in English
- Passion in games (can be all kind of games)
