Job Description

Support Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Assist in the execution of projects such as talent reviews, organizational design analyses, workforce planning, or performance evaluations — depending on business needs at the time.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules within larger HR initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Talent & Career Development

  • Contribute to initiatives such as succession planning, leadership pipeline support, or career framework design.
  • Help coordinate data collection, documentation, and follow-up actions.

HRBP Support & People Issues

  • Partner with the HRBP in analyzing people-related challenges, preparing recommendations, and supporting issue resolution.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to observe and learn how people strategies are shaped.

Project Management & Data Insights

  • Track progress of ongoing HR initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and follow-ups.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to support people strategy decisions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related).
  • Strong fresh graduate or 1–2 years’ work experience (with strong background or portfolio)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with logical and structured thinking.
  • Effective communication skills — able to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset, curious and adaptable
  • Proficient in English
  • Passion in games (can be all kind of games)
