1. IMC Marketing Planning

• Accountable for IMC planning and execution for local leagues and international tournaments, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and objectives.
• Develop integrated marketing plans and define seasonal, monthly, and weekly content directions in collaboration with internal stakeholders (regional teams, other markets) and external partners (clubs, KOLs, partners, etc.).
• Coordinate regional marketing efforts while adapting campaigns to local audiences, including localized social media strategies, influencers, and esports figures to drive engagement.
• Responsible for requesting, producing, and performing quality control of creative assets for each project, including series branding, key visuals, banners, trailers, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with internal teams (design, video editing, legal, procurement) and external resources (production houses, agencies, KOLs, etc.) to bring campaigns, programs, and assets to life.

2. IMC Marketing Execution (ATL)

• Own ATL and online marketing touchpoints.
• Accountable for match updates and recap communication across marketing channels.
• Lead content execution including weekly content, key content series, PR activities, and media/online advertising.

3. Marketing Analytics

• Leverage analytics to track key success metrics for marketing and brand awareness campaigns, applying insights to future project launches.
• Analyze market trends across regions, evaluate competitive landscapes, and identify emerging opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide local esports marketing strategies.

4. Performance Evaluation & Reporting

• Compile detailed reports on seasonal outcomes and overall campaign performance.
• Analyze statistical reports, provide evaluations, and deliver strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Minimum 2 year experience in end-to-end strategic IMC marketing with extensive experience in IMC campaign management is a must, prior experience working in Sports & Esports environment is a plus.
• Creative production experience with a proven track record of crafting compelling stories, experience in Gaming/sports content or Esports content is an advantage (key contents such as commercial video, website/ microsite, CGI video, iTVC, MV...).
• Super passionate about Gaming/MOBA. Being an esports enthusiast is a must.
• Skills: Sharp analytical mind, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear, effective communication skills.
• Language: Fluent in English (must-have) and Chinese is a plus.
