Recruitment Associate
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and evaluation, to offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with external partners/agencies.
- Drive Garena Management Trainee and other programs.
- Ensure recruitment data, metrics, and reports are accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Genuine interest in the gaming industry.
