Marketing Specialist (Contract Based)
The Marketing Specialist runs end-to-end marketing strategy and campaign execution for a social media platform in Indonesia. This role owns campaign planning, performance measurement, and scaling across online and offline channels, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned toward brand building, user acquisition, and engagement. The role works closely with the content and creator team to drive a cohesive, user-centric go-to-market approach.

Job Description
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning | Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and campaign roadmap for product launch and growing phase. Align content and creator team under a unified marketing strategy and execution plan.
- Campaign Execution (Online & Offline) | Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital and selected offline channels, including independent campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- User & Market Insight Application | Translate user behavior, feedback, and trends into actionable marketing improvements.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization | Define key metrics, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for scale and impact.
- Campaign Reporting & Learning | Deliver clear post-campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing marketing campaigns for digital products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, funnels, and performance evaluation.
- Experience running both online and offline campaigns.
- Strategic yet hands-on, able to move from planning to execution quickly.
- Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- High adaptability in fast-changing, experimental environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across creative, content, and operational teams.
- Fluent in English, strong communication skills required for international collaboration.
