Engineer, Quality Assurance
Job Description
- Operate and maintain daily gaming product operations, including configuration management, quality assurance, live environment handling (bugs, hacks), and operational evaluation.
- Coordinate configuration and QA-related tasks across offices.
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to resolve product-related issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA, live operations, or related roles, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
- Passionate about gaming with a basic understanding of the industry; familiarity with recent shooting games is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling meticulous, detail-oriented work is preferred.
