Employer Branding & Social Media Content Creator (Contract)
Job Description
- Create, plan, and manage employer branding content for TikTok, Facebook, and other social medias.
- Promote HR initiatives and programs through engaging social media content.
- Develop content calendars, key messages, and creative briefs.
- Produce basic graphics and short-form videos, or coordinate with external designers and video editors.
- Manage posting schedules, timelines, and campaign execution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
- Plan, execute, or support online advertising campaigns (e.g. Facebook / Tiktok Ads) to boost reach and program visibility.
- Support ad-hoc tasks related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns, including responding to social media comments/DMs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
- Experience in content creation or social media management (internship, full-time, or strong personal portfolio).
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok and/or Facebook.
- Experience creating content for digital or online audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially short-form content (TikTok-style).
- Ability to plan content calendars and execute consistent posting.
- Ability to work independently and follow through from idea to execution.
- Clear communication skills for briefing and coordinating with stakeholders or vendors.
- Passion in games.
