This role focuses on lowering the barrier for players to enter and enjoy our game by optimizing features, gameplay experience, and local execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze local player behavior and market context to identify friction points and improvement opportunities

• Propose feature adjustments and gameplay optimizations based on data and on the ground insights

• Work closely with regional stakeholders to pitch insights and advocate for local player needs

• Plan and execute in game events and operational initiatives to drive engagement and retention

• Manage backend configurations to ensure accurate setup of features, events, and channels

• Coordinate cross functionally with regional and local teams to deliver event requirements on time

• Handle day to day game operation tasks to ensure stable and high quality player experience

• Strong product sense and deep understanding of player behavior an user experience

• Fluent in both English and Spanish

• Strong awareness and insight into local market trends and player culture
