Esports Event Management – Free Fire (Contract)
Job Description
- Execute the esports strategy to grow the Free Fire competitive presence.
- Manage tournament operations, leagues, and major events end-to-end.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee player onboarding and competition logistics.
- Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time.
- Track performance metrics and provide post-event insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports/Esports Management.
- Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management.
- Proficient in Thai and English.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external).
- Problem-solving under pressure (especially during live events or tournaments).
- Genuine interest in gaming and esports culture.
- Up-to-date knowledge of popular competitive titles.
- Awareness of player communities and esports ecosystem trends.
