Esports Campaign & Tournament Marketing

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote FC Mobile esports tournaments and competitive activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to launch esports initiatives aligned with overall game marketing strategy.

Develop promotional strategies to increase player participation, viewership, and community engagement.

Content & Communication
Work with creative and content teams to produce esports-related marketing assets such as trailers, announcements, and social media content.
Manage communications around tournaments including registration, schedules, updates, and results.
Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and esports channels.

Performance Tracking & Insights
Monitor campaign performance and tournament participation metrics.
Analyze engagement data and provide recommendations to optimize future esports initiatives.

• Having at least 2-year experience and proven records in end-to-end strategic marketing
• Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
• Being a football & game enthusiast is a must
• Project Management & Stakeholder Management: Proven excellence in managing complex projects, including critical paths, risk logs, and asset QA; strong ability to align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Creative, and Legal teams.
• Creative Vision & Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently originate communication/action concepts with clear end-states, build work-back plans, and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery.
• Highly logical and analytical, and with curious mind to constantly explore industry best practices
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
• Able to communicate fluently and effectively in Vietnamese and English
