Bangkok Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Job Description
  • Design and conduct user research (both quantitative or qualitative) on business’ needs to inform stakeholders player’s situation and direction to consider regarding user behaviour, marketing, feature or product strategies.
  • Manage the research execution logistically and ensure the research quality consistent and results are objective.
  • Construct and conduct surveys – assure all questions are meaningful and could answer all business’ needs (such as user behaviour validation, pain point severity, product healthiness tracking).
  • Partner closely with different functions (including Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Esports team) to understand business context and goals.
  • Be the voice for our players and provide strategic recommendation based on their needs, behaviour and experience.
  • Actively contribute to the discussion on the optimal way to conduct test and player’s study to continuously improve player research flow.
     
Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, market research industry, insight team or any relevant role.
  • Past exposure to quantitative or qualitative research methodologies (a plus point if you have worked with the blend of both!) with a proven record of the execution and impactful deliverables.
  • Being able to manage projects independently and deliver projects successfully.
  • Always eager to discover player’s behaviour, high user engagement and empathy, and being capable to uncover player’s needs and pain points.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Thai and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about games and deep curiosity for user behaviours and product with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Thailand.
  • Good English communication to work with regional team.
