Business Development
As a business development team, you will play a crucial role to ensuring the smooth game partnerships operation activities. This role involves coordinating activities, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of business development strategies to promote the company's growth and success.
Job Description
- End to End Business Development: Drive the entire business development cycle from prospecting and cold calling to pitching, negotiating, closing deals, drafting agreements, maintaining long-term partnerships, and delivering post-event reports to ensure partnership success and continuous growth.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for the team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor partnership performance and prepare accurate, easy-to-understand reports.
- Project Management: Planning and executing business development projects, working closely with Marketing, Esports, and Product teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research on the gaming industry, analyze competitor partnerships, and identify new growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, preferably having previous work experience within FMCG, Entertainment, or Agency
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
- Willing to work under a 12 months contract based employment within a full WFO arrangement in our office at South Jakarta
