User Research (Internship)
Job Description
- Be the key day-to-day contact with our players for assigned research projects.
- Handle player recruitment via phone or online outreach.
- Manage player engagement and communication across channels.
- Support Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) facilitation such as summary, documentation, participant management.
- Support data collection, ensuring completeness and quality of responses.
- Assist in using mock-up to guide participants and gather feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Passion for gaming and interest in the gaming industry.
- Active, curious, and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Able to work from the office.
