Job Description

_{1. Assist in planning, tracking, and driving game event websites and cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.}
_{2. Clarify and translate requirements into clear documentation, including PRDs, process flows, wireframes, and API specifications.}
_{3. Work closely with frontend and backend engineers, QA, and operations teams to coordinate scope, timelines, and resources.}
_{4. Use visualization and collaboration tools to create wireframes, flow diagrams, and requirement structures (e.g., Figma, Miro).}
_{5. Create and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and specifications to ensure clarity and alignment.}
_{6. Perform basic QA tasks, including flow validation, API verification, and test record documentation.}
_{7. Continuously improve project management workflows to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.}
_{8. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI plugins, etc.) to support:}
_{(1) Requirement breakdown and documentation generation}
_{(2) Workflow optimization and problem analysis}
_{(3) Test case generation, API mocks, and specification drafts}

Job Requirements

_{1. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management (software, web, gaming, or e-commerce preferred).}
_{2. AI Application Experience: Proven experience using AI tools to solve problems or significantly improve efficiency.}

_{4. Basic Web Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, and frontend/backend workflows.}
_{5. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with visualization tools (Figma, Miro) and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, etc.).}
_{6. Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear PRDs, workflows, and requirement specs.}
