Casablanca Business Development and Partnerships Experienced (Individual Contributor)

As part of the Business Development team, you will work on strategic planning, analysis, insight generation and needle-moving initiatives within Garena, where fast business expansion has posed exciting opportunities and challenges. You will be working closely with senior management, in a fast-paced, global and intellectually stimulating environment, with the potential to deliver direct impact to our business.

Job Description
  • Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, corporations, media partners, telecom operators, and other relevant organizations to support game publishing and business growth objectives
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key external stakeholders, including business partners, government representatives, media organizations, and industry leaders
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and government meetings
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, strategic partnerships, and industry developments
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding market expansion, partnership strategy, and government engagement
Job Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships with demonstrated success in establishing high-impact partnerships and managing key external relationships
  • Proven experience in securing commercial partnerships and strategic business deals
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders  
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of the Moroccan business environment and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, French, and Arabic
