• Own the day-to-day revenue performance of RoV Thailand, tracking key metrics such as paying user rate, ARPU, active users, and other revenue indicators.
• Analyze data to identify revenue opportunities, develop and test hypotheses, and drive initiatives to improve monetization performance and paying user experience.
• Monitor player sentiment and community feedback to identify insights and opportunities for product, content, and monetization improvements.
• Prepare clear and timely revenue reports, performance updates, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with relevant teams to support revenue-related initiatives and ensure smooth execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields with strong logical and numerical skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, develop hypotheses, and evaluate results.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, AI tools, or other analytical tools is a strong plus.
• Able to learn new tools and work with data quickly.
• Good communication skills with professional competency in both Thai and English.

Passion in Games

• Good understanding of game monetization, in-game purchases, and paying user behavior.
• Strong interest in games and good understanding of player behavior and gaming trends.
• Experience as a paying user in any game is preferred.
• Familiarity with RoV or MOBA games would be an advantage.
