As a Game Mode Developer you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging in-game modes (commonly called “maps”) that enhance the player experience across our games. This role combines map ideation, technical execution using the PC Editor, and end-to-end publishing of fully playable maps in-game. By aligning with player preferences, gameplay trends, and seasonal themes, the role ensures our games remain a fresh, dynamic, and competitive space for the community.

As a Backend Engineer, you will responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side architecture of web applications, seamlessly integrating traditional backend systems with modern AI capabilities. Your primary responsibility is to build robust, scalable software structures that leverage AI agents to accelerate development and enhance product features.

Shared Game Services (SGS) provides core platform services to all games published by Garena. Services include but not limited to authentication, payment, and mobile SDK.

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for defining objectives, creating actionable plans, and driving execution by aligning resources, software engineers, and stakeholders. Throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll oversee progress, manage risks, and maintain high quality deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of AI agents, automation, and real business challenges. You will partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to own, shape and deliver impactful AI products at Garena. 

These projects span both internal and external products, including AI-powered operational tools, AI-driven agents and game localization platforms, supporting real-time interactions and global users at scale.
