IT Helpdesk
As an IT Helpdesk, you will be part of a team to ensure the seamless operation of IT services at Garena by providing comprehensive IT support to end-users, maintaining IT assets, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems, and supporting IT needs during events.
Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of computers, network devices, printers, and end-user needs. Assist the team with any other IT-related tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors for equipment and services.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including server, backups, system monitoring and generating reports.
- Implement and monitor office IT security measures, including antivirus management.
- Support IT needs for day-to-day business operations and during company events, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
- Basic fundamentals of network skills and knowledge
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
- Competence in documenting standard and application operating procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willing to work fully WFO from the Jakarta Office.
