The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea's 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology, and become future leaders of the industry. It consists of 4 functional team rotations that are each 6 months long.

Navigate your journey with C-suite
Report to senior management for at least one rotation to receive direct mentorship
Expand your horizons on the global stage
Gain global perspectives and experiences through local and overseas rotations
Create impact across business units
Steer projects across e-commerce, digital financial services and gaming businesses
Who are we looking for?
Calling out to graduates with a recognised Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window), we want you to be part of our team if you possess:
Passion for games
Desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo in the games industry.
Aptitude
Flair to thrive in uncertain situations and explore the unknown.
Drive
Excitement for big or small challenges and willing to brave through even the toughest storms.
