Jakarta Game Operations Experienced (Individual Contributor)

KOL & Community Specialist is designed for outstanding fresh graduates or young professionals. You will deep dive into becoming at the forefront of the game within the game’s community. You will be expected to connect with our users on a deeper level, enabling you to listen to their feedback and create better engagements amongst the community. Not limited to that, you will also build and strengthen our relationship with KOLs, influencers, and users.

 

 

 

Job Description
  • Nurture social platforms to grow our community champions – both the quantity of the community champions as well as the engagement quality between them
  • Learn our community landscape – understand their social behavior, understand their gaming behavior, and identify the community champions
  • Manage our KOL and engage them by having local online or offline activation.
  • Upon understanding our users’ behavior and identifying the community champions, build valuable connections with the individuals
  • Execute community activation within the social platforms to grow the size and quality of our community. These include but are not limited to organizing online tournaments, online competitions, and offline tournaments.
  • Build and execute user research (FGD/IDI) on certain topics such as product feedback, campaign evaluation, etc.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top universities in any field
  • Highly passionate about gaming and the esports industry, especially within competitive games
  • Experienced in building and managing communities would be a plus; capable of nurturing and growing relationships within the community
  • Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
