KOL Specialist
As a KOL Specialist, you will be handling end to end KOL management from hiring, briefing, nurturing, and managing the KOL performance. Not limited to that, you will also responsible in identifying, researching, and building a strong relationship with the right KOLs across digital platforms to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Job Description
- Plan and execute innovative campaigns in partnership with KOLs and strategic partners to amplify brand impacts
- Cultivate strong communication and build relationships with media, KOL and third-party agencies for campaigns
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of KOLs
- Identify and research KOL across multiple digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage end-to-end KOL grooming program to nurture and support their growth within the brand community
- Track and report KOL performance metrics to assess KPIs, optimizing strategies with regular KOL review based on data insights
Job Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in any field from a top reputable university
- At least 3 years of working experience in KOL management or in any related fields (especially for TikTok and Instagram channels) / community
- Enjoy observing current trends in social media and digital marketing, including in community discussions, trends, and interact with the community
- Able to initiate and monitor several simultaneous channels and up-and-coming KOLs
- Highly passionate about gaming and the esports industry, especially within competitive games
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of initiating and monitoring several simultaneous channels and projects, as well as creating community strategies and events
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Preferably have experience in involving / actively participating in any community channels; either as a community member / community admin
