Recruitment Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, business partnering, employee engagement, and internal communication. This role will ensure HR practices are aligned with company objectives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Job Description
- Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage end to end recruitment process
- Business partnering: Support HRBP to build trusted relationship with employee/managers, help with talent management, performance management, and organization design
- Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Track employee engagement trends through surveys, pulse checks, and data analysis and design and implement engagement programs that promote a positive work culture.
- Internal Communication Strategy: Develop and manage internal communication plans to ensure employees stay informed and engaged.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the overall business goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university (any major)
- 3-6 years of related working experience especially in recruitment
- Passionate about people, culture, and service
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives, with strong organizational and execution skills
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
- Good communication in Bahasa and English
