Strategic Operations role is designed for outstanding professionals who want to make a mark in the game industry. You will work on strategic projects to tackle key business issues by delivering data-driven insights to the stakeholders through quantitative or qualitative research. The final goal is to provide an actionable plan/suggestion/strategy based on your findings in order to tackle key issues and challenges raised by stakeholders. Depending on the company's strategic priorities, you will be rotated to work on a variety of business challenges and products to provide the best gaming experiences for our players worldwide.  

Job Description
  • Develop skill sets and assist business growth in different scopes, depending on business needs - including product management, user research, marketing, live operations, etc
  • Find ways to create impact at a product level through in-depth understanding of our existing and target users
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (both online & offline) to provide valuable insights and actionable for our stakeholders
  • Conduct competitor study and provide strategic inputs for the senior leaders
  • Analyze industry trends, identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market
Job Requirements
  • Outstanding graduates from top universities, MBA qualification is mandatory
  • At least 2 years of experience in strategic planning or equivalent roles, ideally with a background in strategy consulting or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to approach both quantitative and qualitative challenges effectively
  • Passionate about games, preferably with some knowledge of the gaming industry in India; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and another local language (preferably Hindi) along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
