Strategic Research is a role where you will be focusing on delivering data-driven insights to the stakeholders both through quantitative or qualitative research methodology. The final goal is to provide an actionable plan/suggestion/strategy based on your findings in order to tackle key issues and challenges raised by stakeholders.

Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research initiatives for the game business, including research design, methodology, fieldwork execution (online and offline), data analysis, and comprehensive reporting
  • Conduct an in-depth competitor study and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Translate research findings into actionable business insights, strategic initiatives, and data-driven recommendations that support business growth
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, synthesizing complex data into clear, concise, and impactful narratives for key stakeholders
  • Analyze industry trends, identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a master's degree from a reputable university (major in business-related field and engineering will be advantageous)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a research agency, preferably someone who has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
  • Excellent at building reports and have strong presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Morocco; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
