Strategic Qualitative Researcher is a role where you will be focusing on delivering insights to the stakeholders through qualitative research methodology (FGD, IDI, etc.). The final goal is to provide an actionable plan/suggestion/strategy based on your findings in order to tackle key issues and challenges raised by stakeholders.

Job Description
  • Conduct end-to-end qualitative research (online and offline) for the game business, starting from ideation, field execution, and final report creation
  • Provide strategic inputs/actionable plans based on the qualitative findings
  • Present research findings to senior leaders, packed in a comprehensive way
Job Requirements
  • Minimum a master's degree from top reputable university (major in business-related field and engineering will be advantageous)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a research agency, preferably someone who has a strong background in qualitative research
  • Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
  • Excellent in building reports and have strong presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
