Job Description
  • Monitor and analyze server user and gameplay trend, provide insights to sustain/grow user base, improve engagement level with players
  • Plan big campaigns end-to-end to engage players and improve activeness,  including in-game event planning, config creation, promotion plan and material production, performance review 
  • Manage in-game activations and promotions for game updates / game content release, track major content’s performance, gather comprehensive local user feedbacks 
  • Work with marketing team, coordinate campaign promotions, amplify campaign results
  • Work with online marketing team to plan ads campaigns, create materials, and evaluate performance
  • React promptly to game’s live incidences, coordinate with necessary teams to keep a high service standard for player
Job Requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills
  • Background in marketing or analytical work
  • Creative thinker with a passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of gamer psychology, particularly within action/shooter games
  • SQL knowledge is preferred to facilitate analytical work
